Our Process

Each project begins with the design conceptualization phase. This is the first stage of the design process, where the journey begins by crafting a unique aesthetic narrative. A discovery meeting takes place, inspiration images are shared interactively, concept designs, planning budgets and timelines are discussed.

The next phase is room design. Clients are able to visualize through Digital and Physical how materials, colors, patterns and textiles will work together in their spaces. We offer 3D Renderings, Sketch Up, and illustrations to reflect our design intent. We then move to budget approval, product procurement and product tracking. We offer shared documents to follow along with project updates.

Phase 3 includes site visits, quality control management, and clear contractor, vendor, and client communication.

Installation is always the most exciting part of the process and we work with exceptional receiving and delivery people to ensure the installation goes as planned. Art installation and room styling are available with every project.
